SUMMARY
When a window spans 2 physical screens, the location of a menu bar dropdown is
sometimes difficult to get at unless the window is relocated to be mostly over
left screen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. locate a window so it spans 2 screens
2. if window is mostly on left screen, dropdown appears directly below menu bar
3. if window is mostly on right screen, dropdown appears on left edge of right
screen
OBSERVED RESULT
[ screen 1 | screen 2 | screen 3 ] I have 3 screens

[M | | ] menu dropdown OK
[ [ window2 ] | ] window spans 2 screens (<=49%|>=51%)
[ |M | ] menu dropdown appears on right screen

EXPECTED RESULT
menu bar dropdowns should always appear directly under menu bar's left edge.

Looks like bug 441823; but that one is supposedly fixed.
Would be very helpful if this Comment pane used same fixed font as Preview
pane...
