SUMMARY
Advanced keyboard settings (i.e. swap esc and caps) do not work on X11, but
work on Wayland.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch in X11
2. In the advanced keyboard settings, select "Caps Lock behavior > Swap Esc and
Caps Lock"
3. Press the escape and caps lock keys on your keyboard
OBSERVED RESULT
The keys do their original functions, and are not swapped
EXPECTED RESULT
The keys should be swapped

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Even though "Key sequence to kill the X server" is enabled by default (AFAIK),
it also doesn't work.
