SUMMARY
One can't change files icon if "Browse" is selected. There's no problem if I
choose "All', "Mimetypes", "Actions", etc. but when I choose Browse to select a
custom Icon, the dialog closes itself immediately and I can't choose anything.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open file properties and try to change the icon with a cusrom icon, other
than the system suggested.

OBSERVED RESULT
The dialog closes itself immediately and I can't choose an icon.
EXPECTED RESULT
There shoud be a possibility to choose an icon and the dialog shouldn't closes
itself.
