SUMMARY
When using the folder view widget in a panel, the popup cannot be resized, even
though a resize cursor is offered when hovering the cursor over the edges of
the popup.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add "Folder View" widget to the panel.
2. Click the icon to open the widget and attempt to resize any of its
boundaries.
OBSERVED RESULT
The widget cannot be resized.
EXPECTED RESULT
Either A: The widget should be resizable.
Or B: The resize cursor should not be shown.
