Unlike on Plasma5, the cursors on all Flatpak apps (Qt, GTK, Electron) are
oversized (usinf 125% scaling on a hidpi this looks like 200% or something) and
using the default GTK cursor.
This happens on default Fedora Kinoite 40.
Note that the "default GTK theme" field was empty, switching to "default"
(Adwaita) didnt change anything.
I am using the default plasma6 breeze dark cursor and have had no flatpak
overrides and an override for `~/.local/share/icons` didnt fix it.
