Support for ARMv7 w/o NEON and VFP
Hi,
I've cleaned up the patch a bit so it applies cleanly on latest Valgrind.
I've also removed the dynamic detection of the FPSCR since it might create
issues on cores with functional capabilities, instead we check if NEON or VFP
is supported.
