Here in my office digiKam is installed under Windows 10 with native Microsoft
antivirus without any tune. It's start properly.

I also tried with the Norton AV on another PC, and all is fine.

Perhaps you need to set your AV to allows digiKam to start.

Usually, the DebugView program from Microsoft allows to see the log from your
computer. If the AV lock digiKam.exe, you will be notified.
