i found the offending file:

but i'm not sure how to go on about it, because i don't think these environment
.conf files work like traditional scripts, so there's no way to check if
$DEBUGINFOD_URLS is empty before adding the URL and colon behind it. could
someone please share their thoughts? maybe it would be better if it could be
moved to /etc/profile.d or something similar
