SUMMARY
After update to Plasma 6, plasmoid for syncthing-tray no longer can be
configured to be always hidden, always shown, etc.
All settings are blocked.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up syncthing-tray (qt6 version)
2. Open tray settings
