Currently, Neochat only supports input newlines with Shift-Enter and sending
messages with Enter or Ctrl-Enter. But different users have different habits.
For example, I use Ctrl-Enter to send the message but Enter to input the
newline.
Element Desktop has similar options: "Use Ctrl-Enter to send message".
I Hope Neochat can allow users to customize the key to send messages.
