SUMMARY
Can reproduce on both Arch Linux and neon unstable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Kickoff
2. drag a favorite app and try to drop it on desktop
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
no context menu
EXPECTED RESULT
a context menu with "move/copy/link here", "add icon" and "cancel" options
opens
