I would like to add that I disabled the compositor today (System Settings -> Compositor -> Enable on startup [unchecked] -> restart KWin / reboot) and I didn't encountered the issue anymore (I was constantly and continuously using 3 Rider instances + 1 CLion instance for about 11 hours).
