To do this, the corresponding option must be activated in the digiKam camera settings, with the addition "makes the connection slower". If you click on an image, the “live” data will be displayed in the metadata viewer. As of digiKam-8.0.0, reading the exact metadata is no longer necessary; all date operations are now carried out after the download.
