I've just installed Fedora 40 with Plasma 6 on Wayland. I'm sorry to say the
"fake session restore" simply doesn't work. The only app that re-opens on login
is (ironically) Firefox, which isn't even a Plasma app. Both Konsole and
Dolphin fail to appear and have to be started manually every time.

Needless to say, this is a considerable inconvenience.
