SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an app
2. Right click the app icon and select pin to task manager
3. restart plasmashell or reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
The icon just added is missing both in wayland and X11
EXPECTED RESULT
The icon can be reserved on the panel
