I can confirm this behavior. However, I cannot confirm the WiFi-behavior since
I am connected to a LAN. I would like to add, that from time to time it is
working as expected - but I couldn't find out yet what was the trigger. It
seems to be more of a race issue.
At the moment I am on Wayland - here it works for me.
