With natural scrolling enabled on mouse, scrolling over the brightness and
audio react as if it were normal scrolling

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to system settings -> mouse and enable natural (inverted) scrolling
2. Scroll over brightness or sound
3. When your fingers are going up (which should be to lower a value), the
action is opposite (value getting higher)

OBSERVED RESULT
Brightness increasing or sound increasing when fingers are moving UP the
trackpad. This is default behavior for normal scrolling

EXPECTED RESULT
The values should be decreasing (effectively multiplying by a -1)
