This is the most generic description of the issue of errors of the external 7z
process being swallowed, that makes it desirable as the catch-all report, but
more specific bug reports have more information already.
Setting CONFIRMED, but some bug deduplication will be desired with a winner
chosen as there are multiple reports with the same root cause.
