The button combination FN -F5 is seemlingly aimed at toggling WIFI. However,
nothing happens. When alternating this button combination with the terminal
command connmanctl enable wifi, I keep getting this feedback: wifi is not
available.

bas@Camino:~$ connmanctl enable wifi
wifi is not available

Weird detail: at Kubuntu 22.04.4 LTS, I did not have such an issue. WIFI worked
simply.
