SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install and/or apply some themes
2. Reboot and re-open the Global Themes tab
3. Bug appears
OBSERVED RESULT
Installed themes not shown; instead, Breeze theme is constantly repeated.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This kind of bug has also been observed from me in the "Boot Animations" tab,
but it got fixed after an update
