SUMMARY
The problem is if you have browser or any other application with utility window
or popup cannot have specific position or size on that window.
https://www.w3schools.com/js/js_popup.asp just open popup click right button on
title to configure the class of specific widow show the same name as general
one for e.g. if you open the popup from Flakon the class name is org.kde.falkon
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open application
2. Open popup or utility window
3. Class name is same as general application one
OBSERVED RESULT
Class name doesn't change for utility wndows
EXPECTED RESULT
Different class name for utility widows (as in Plasma 5)
