SUMMARY
After update to Plasma 6 most icons disappeared everywhere. Some icons left
unaffected, so I find out that only SVG icons were affected.
This problem has something to do with local configuration files because it not
affect second profile on same system.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I can't really provide steps to reproduce this bug, because it appeared
randomly after update to Plasma 6 and only for one user profile.
But I found that I'm not the only one to encounter this bug
