I experience the same on Fedora Kinoite 40 (atomic) with Spectacle 24.02.2, KDE
Plasma 6.0.4, Kernel 6.8.9 on Wayland.
I wanted to record how an app crashes. I selected record from app. The app
crashed and then I could not retrieve the video recording because Specacle
became unresponsive.
