This solved the Alt+Tab animations being slow and hanging for me, even though I
already have a sort-of fast PCIe gen 3 SSD.
The data loaded from disk on every Alt+Tab seems small enough to just stay in
memory, so I would appreciate if the effects would just stay loaded in,
*especially* for something like Alt+Tab.
