I changed to: - scaling 150% - apps "scaled by system" and I could see a vertical line on the right edge of the screen when Steam was maximized. Nothing in VLC thou. Changing scaling to 130 makes it go away. I'm sending screenshot of steam maximized window. Now that at least we have some conditions to repeat this bug, there is a chance to fix it. So or so, this is different bug then this one here, although it has similar effect. Anyway, if that is reproducible, and we know the conditions, it's time to open a new bug report and describe it. Please, mention the number of this new report here, for the reference. Aside of that, setting apps "scaled by system" looks bad for steam and I don't recommend it.
