EDIT to close some loopholes:

* Eve does not have a separate user account on Alice's computer, and there is
no time or plausible rationale for creating one at the moment.

* Alice and Eve might not be friends, there might be mistrust involved, and
Alice might not even be an OK person, but NONETHELESS software should do what
Alice wants while she is logged in to her account, and what Alice wants is to
"clear open documents history" rather than "show open documents history to
everyone in the room and then clear it".
