current power saving settings

SUMMARY
If I leave my computer idle for some time, power saver kicks in and redueces
screen brightness, eventualy turning off the screen. After waking up, the
brightness stays at 30%, instead of going back up to 100%, even though the
brightness indicator in the system tray shows 100%.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Leave the coputer idling for X amount of time (10 min default)
2. Wait for the screen to turn off
3. Move the mouse or press any key on the keyboard to turn it back on

OBSERVED RESULT
The screen comes back at around 30% brightness

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen should return to previously set brightness value (in my case, 100%)
