[plasmashell] [Bug 487907] When pinnning an app to the panel using the icon only task manager, you have to click "pin to task manager" twice to get it to pin.

Cannot reproduce. Are you running without Systemd, or with the Systemd Plasma
launch integration turned off?

Also, in step 1, where does the icon that you're trying to pin live? Kickoff or
somewhere else?

Finally, does this happen on X11, or Wayland, or both?
