SUMMARY
The "Wallpaper" settings (German localization: "Hintergrundbild") no longer
works in the system settings after the upgrade to 6.1
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the system settings
2. Click on "Wallpaper" (? "Hintergrundbild" in German)
OBSERVED RESULT
The following error message is displayed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
My desktop wallpaper is configured to show a slideshow of my own pictures with
a customized directory. The change frequency was set to 4 hours. This still
works though
