@Nate Graham: This issue persists in KDE 6.1. I have played with the edge
margins but to no avail. This issue can be easily reproduced if you place two
monitors side by side, but the left one half-way vertically!
This also affects all corner actions monitors close to one another, as in my
case i tried to set the the right corner with the same behaviour and it also
doesn't work.
