Another scenario
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect to your PC/Laptop external monitor (I tested with HDMI) with
resolution greater than built in
(In laptop I have 1920 × 1080 and in external monitor: 2560 x 1440)
2. On external monitor open konsole
3. Move window to right side (right bottom corner of desktop)
4. resize konsole window to had 1/4 of screen
4. Disconnect cord with external monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
konsole window moved to built in display, but became cut and correctly placed
at left right corner (like originally)
EXPECTED RESULT
konsole window should be visible entirely
