--- Comment #17 from Vlad Zahorodnii <vlad.zahorod...@kde.org> --- It looks like kwin constraints the window to be inside the work area, you should not be able to move the window so the titlebar goes offscreen with restricted move. You could move the window using Meta+LMB to use the unrestricted move mode. With restricted move, you should be able to move the window leftwards until only 100 pixels of the titlebar stick.
