SUMMARY
The floating panel (Set vertically and on the left between 2 screens) does not
de-flaot properly when maximizing a window, resulting in a gap between the
panel and the edge of the screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the Panel vertically on the left between 2 screens while floating
2. Maximize a window

OBSERVED RESULT
Gap between panel and screen edge.

EXPECTED RESULT
No gap between panel and screen edge.
