Following a stack overflow discussion, patch extending the stack increase trace
to describe the instruction address increasing the stack.
Note: massif has a bug and crashes on an assert when using e.g.
valgrind --tool=massif --stacks=yes -v -v -v -v
--px-default=allregs-at-each-insn --px-file-backed=allregs-at-each-insn sleep 1
