            Bug ID: 489056
Summary: keyboard backlight brightness not controllable after
                    wake from sleep
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: Powerdevil
           Version: 6.1.0
          Platform: Gentoo Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: abulhair.sapa...@gmail.com
                CC: m...@ratijas.tk, natalie_clar...@yahoo.de
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
After waking from sleep, the keyboard backlight is off (it doesn't restore the
previous brightness) and I am not able to increase the brightness using FN+F2
as I normally would before sleep.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Sleep
2. Wake
3. Attempt to increase keyboard brightness via FN+F3

OBSERVED RESULT
Keyboard backlight is off after waking, and I am no longer able to change the
keyboard brightness via function keys. However, I am able to do so via `echo 3
> /sys/class/leds/asus::kbd_backlight/brightness`.

EXPECTED RESULT
The keyboard brightness should be restored to the same value as before sleep.
In addition, I should be able to control the keyboard brightness using the
function keys after waking from sleep.
