Resume from sleep does not bring up the plasma gui
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make the computer sleep using the 'Sleep' button
2. Wake up the computer using the power button
OBSERVED RESULT
Monitor shows some text but the desktop environment doesnt load
EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma desktop shows up
