[systemsettings] [Bug 489202] Get additional touchpad settings. Installing some package, can't remember. Was it a drivers package?

The more feature-full page uses settings from the synaptics driver package,
which is abandoned upstream and because of that, became unsupported in Plasma
6. As such, there is no option to configure it from the GUI in Plasma 6, sorry.
