Discover with replacement dialog

SUMMARY

Discover crashes if you have a package that is no longer receiving updates used
by a package that has an update available yet discover thinks it can be
replaced with the supported version provided by "" (empty string)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a flatpak gtk application installed such as GNOME Application Platform
version 46 with an update available (this also previously occurred with
ungoogled chromium
2. Have org.gtk.Gtk3theme.Breeze-Dark installed 
3. click proceed

Discover crashes

Discover handles the problem
