The original feature was added through this submitted patch: https://phabricator.kde.org/D19822 STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open more than one application that outputs audio 2. Click on the audio (speaker) icon in the task bar to mute ONE application OBSERVED RESULT All applications are muted. EXPECTED RESULT Only the application that was explicitly muted should be muted.
