SUMMARY
The Application Launcher randomly breaks and start showing an empty pane upon
opening, however no crash is reported by Plasma. Restarting plasmashell
(`plasmashell --replace`) fixes the issue.
I am using a multi-monitor setup, but I am not sure if this is a requirement
for the bug to appear.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Plasma for a while
2. Click on the launcher button
3. Observe the Application Launcher
OBSERVED RESULT
Application Launcher shows a totally empty panel (no menu, no search, no power
buttons).
EXPECTED RESULT
Application Launcher works normally.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 40 with KDE Plasma on Wayland
