I think it make sense to make this configurable, because kwallet and
gnome-keyring are very different. I find gnome-keyring much simpler (it never
ask for a password (unlocked by default), and choose the system of encryption
on his own).
Also, this will allow to share secrets between DE.
And finally, in certain case, i can cause problem to use 2 differents wallet
backend [cf](https://issues.chromium.org/issues/348970861).
I would like a pick list to be added in the settings app to choose between
wallet backend.
