I dont know where to report this, as many components could be involved

When dragging windows to the lower edge (default layout), the windows snap to
the edge and panel.

But when snapping to the panel, there is a small about 1px wide space between
them. This is visible when having a white browser window, and scrolling there
makes it visible, that this is empty space and not a white line, you can see
the window content below it.

- float and everything fancy removed
- default Hight 40
- Screen: 14in, 1920 * 1080
