This is not reproducible for us.
Can you confirm some of the following:
- do you have any reliable steps?
- is it reprocuible after removing the klipper applet (or just killall
plasmashell)
- if you open the kwin debug console (search for kwin in krunner) and clicking
on the clipboard tab does that show where things are wrong?
