This seems like a reasonable quality of life setting
Possible use cases:
- Starting up a laptop in an office / meeting / public area where you don't
want to annoy other people
- You might leave your volume very high after a session. Then on the next
login, start up with headphones connected. You want to avoid hurting your ears.
