SUMMARY

The shake cursor effect makes the cursor visible when it is actually captured
in an active input-capture
session via the input-capture portal

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Download https://github.com/feschber/lan-mouse latest pre-release or git
main
2.  run it with --test-capture (cargo run -- --test-capture)
3. move the mouse into one of the screen edges
4. now move the captured mouse fast, so that the "shake cursor" effect triggers
5. the mouse is now visible, even though it should not be

OBSERVED RESULT
The mouse cursor becomes visible

EXPECTED RESULT
The mouse cursor should remain invisible in the position it is captured in
