SUMMARY
When I maximized the application window, there is a pixel gap between the top
panel and the window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the wallpaper to a light one which can observe the bug easily
2. Maximized the window
OBSERVED RESULT
There is a pixel gap bewteen the top panel and the window
EXPECTED RESULT
No gap
