The digiKam-8.4.0 shows the locked database problem, which should have been fixed. It is clear that it is slow and data is missing. What metadata action did you take exactly when the log was created? The digiKam-7.10 log shows a broken digiKam, many DLL files cannot be loaded, have you mixed different digiKam versions?
