SUMMARY
mouse "shake cursor" activates during inputcapture portal. Even when the mouse
is "offscreen" and hidden, the shake effect can activate and cause the cursor
to enlarge and show temporarily.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use input capture portal (eg: with input-leap)
2. make sure "shake cursor" option is active (the default)
3. move mouse off of screen and shake the cursor
OBSERVED RESULT
the cursor becomes visible and enlarges
EXPECTED RESULT
the cursor remains hidden
