This exact issue was supposed to be resolved with the implementation of a
triangle mouse filter in Plasma 5.27 (which I see you have); see Bug 358930.
Could you attach a screen recording that shows the exact problem you're
encountering? Maybe the triangle filter is broken for you, for some reason.
