Thank you for the screen recordings, they definitely highlight what's going on.
For a data point, I was *not* able to reproduce this behavior on a Dell XPS 17
9710
Intel / nVidia
Screens used for testing
Display (SHP1517): 2560x1600 @ 60 Hz in 17″ [Built-in]
Display (34GK950F): 3440x1440 @ 75 Hz in 34″ [External] *
Are either of you using scaling on your displays? If so what are those
settings? I'm using 100% on all displays.
